They negotiate on your behalf and know how to help you craft a winning offer (...so important...)They understand the terrain and can help you move quickly and efficiently (..which is also very important in this market: You have to move quickly or lose the houses in short supply...)

Make concrete decisions. Prioritize your wish list.
